Long-term preservation, management, operation, promotion and development of the Tannenhof estate in La Ferrière BE as a family estate Helfenstein; the returns from the foundation are to be used primarily for the maintenance of the agricultural business; if the foundation generates more profit than is required for the long-term maintenance of Tannenhof, this money can also be used for special humanitarian aid in the following cases with the unanimous decision of the foundation board: if a person becomes financially distressed without fault, negligence or intent, the person concerned may be granted appropriate support after thorough evaluation by the foundation board; for vocational training and studies, the foundation board may provide financial support if deemed necessary by unanimous decision of the foundation board.
