to provide any services, advice and brokerage in the fields of insurance, finance, real estate, taxation, human resources and all activities as a business introducer in these fields of activity, all in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), i.e. excluding any real estate activity in Switzerland that does not have an exclusively commercial purpose. In general, the company may conclude all contracts suitable for developing its main purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, participate in other similar or related companies, carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions with an exclusively commercial purpose in Switzerland, create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, companies of the shareholder or third parties.
