The company's purpose is the design, construction, realization and renovation of wood projects in the real estate sector, as well as the acquisition, management and holding of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
