The company may also grant loans and/or direct or indirect financing to third parties, including shareholders of the company or of the companies in which they participate, and issue guarantees of any kind to its subsidiary companies. The company may carry out autonomously or through third parties any direct, indirect or collateral activity deemed useful, preparatory or deriving from the achievement of the company's purpose.
