The company's purpose is: Research, development, production and marketing of food and cosmetic products made from plant resources. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties when it serves its interests.
