In the sense of a holding company, the acquisition, holding, administration and management and participation in all companies active in the banking and financial sector, in Switzerland or abroad, directly or indirectly, by acquiring shares, bonds, parts, holding claims or any other suitable form, acquisition of patents and trademarks. The company may grant loans to shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
