The founder's intention is to promote new technological developments and applications, in particular the promotion of new open decentralized software architectures to improve the network security of internet communication. Decentralized and open new technological structures are to be enabled, promoted and maintained. The focus is on promoting the development of the so-called Hetu Protocol and the corresponding technology, as well as promoting and supporting applications using the Hetu Protocol. The Hetu Protocol is to be developed as open-source software and the foundation will make the necessary infrastructure (including software documentation, the official developer forum and the code repository) available to the public and in particular to the developer and research community free of charge. The foundation holds the intellectual property rights to the software code of the Hetu Protocol and makes them available to the public through a free permissive open-source license. Furthermore, the foundation provides technical support and research support for the joint creation of decentralized science and technology communities with partners. It also organizes technical conferences, seminars and developer conferences at an international level. We promote the use and contribution of the Hetu Protocol in open-source communities and promote the development of a favorable environment for the development and use of the software protocols supported by the foundation. To this end, the foundation can promote activities, finance corresponding activities and projects, make grants and participate in other companies. However, the foundation cannot provide financial or material support to individuals or companies that are closely related to it or its board members or are controlled by it or its board members. In particular, the foundation cannot provide support to Advaita Labs, a company based in the Cayman Islands. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other persons and organizations, create such organizations and promote existing ones. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. It acts exclusively for the public good. Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation can operate both domestically and internationally.
