a) Technological development, research, and innovation in the field of algorithmic coordination, artificial intelligence, and data automation, with the aim of creating software solutions for the preservation, enhancement, and transmission of private historico-cultural heritage;
b) The management of intellectual property rights, including in particular the registration, creation, acquisition, exploitation, assignment, and commercialization of trademarks, patents, copyrights, inventions, processes, and licenses, as well as any other form of concession related to intellectual property or intangible assets;
c) The leasing, concession, or commercialization under license of the technological or intellectual products developed by the company, in Switzerland and internationally. The Company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, and may perform all technological, cultural, or educational, commercial, economic, or financial operations, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also create branches, subsidiaries, agencies, or take stakes in other companies related to its corporate purpose and conclude any partnership or agreement useful for its strategic development. When Swiss law requires it, certain activities will only be carried out by qualified persons holding the necessary authorizations.
