Support for syndicom members in cases of unemployment, illness, old age, accidents, disability, military service and disputes arising from the employment relationship; promotion of professional and trade union training and further education for syndicom members and corresponding further education measures. Foundation benefits in support of emergency situations can only be granted to syndicom members who have been members for at least one year.
