The purpose of the foundation is to support needy members of the Zurich Bar Association or their dependents in emergency situations and to protect the interests of a member in the event of death or incapacity, provided that suitable arrangements or means are lacking to safeguard the interests of clients and maintain professional secrecy; the foundation also aims to promote projects for the training and further education of the Zurich Bar Association, in particular the support of apprenticeships in the legal profession.
