The company operates an independent IT operation and performs IT applications for third parties against payment using its own computer. It can also take over IT organization, analysis and programming tasks. The company can participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary for the purpose of the company or that are suitable for promoting its development or that of group companies.
