The company's purpose is to provide international investment advice in financial and real estate matters in Switzerland and abroad, to provide services in the field of expertise and project support, related to the company's activities; it may also hold shares in other legal entities for investment purposes; it may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties; it may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
