The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration and holding of participations, management and financing of companies of any kind, in Switzerland and abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as the organization and staging of events. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
