a) The purpose of the association is to provide training and further education in the fields of technology and management, recognized as a higher vocational school at the federal level. The diploma programs meet all the conditions set forth in the Federal Act on Vocational Education and Training and the Ordinance on Minimum Requirements; b) The association thereby submits to the conditions attached to the recognition of the school in accordance with the Federal Act on Vocational Education and Training. As well as the ordinances and further regulations issued in implementation and possible supplementation of this Act; c) The association promotes vocational training and further education at the level of higher vocational education and makes a significant contribution to reducing the shortage of skilled workers; d) The association maintains an exchange of information with organizations from the world of work and promotes the quality development of its training and further education programs; e) The association may engage in all activities necessary to operate a training and further education institution; f) The association is politically and denominationally neutral; g) The association is not profit-oriented.
