Hof-Stiftung Dr. Conrad Schindler

Operation, maintenance and equipment of the Hof property in Mollis, bequeathed to the municipality of Mollis by Dr. med. Conrad Schindler, as a home for elderly residents of Mollis. The existing residential building must be preserved and no significant changes may be made to the interior and exterior of the building. However, modern sanitary, electrical and heating installations are permitted as a matter of course. The garden house south of the residential building should also be restored and preserved if possible. The foundation's purpose also includes services that enrich the daily lives of the residents of the Hof retirement home in Mollis. The foundation may acquire the Hof retirement apartments.
