The association aims to a) provide services in the health, social and labor market integration sectors; b) in particular, to carry out integration measures and accompanying support services for young people and young adults with special needs or difficult access to the training and labor market; c) to collaborate with public bodies, educational institutions, schools and other relevant institutions; d) to conduct all business related to this purpose as well as to carry out measures that serve the professional and social integration of this target group; e) to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of trademarks, copyrights, patents, licenses and generally any intellectual property rights, particularly insofar as they are related to the main purposes of the association; f) to take over or participate in any companies; g) in general, to carry out all business, financial and industrial operations, also with securities or real estate that are directly or indirectly useful for the pursuit of the main purposes; the association may in particular provide financing and enter into guarantees and sureties for third parties; h) to establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
