The company's purpose is to sell products and provide services in the energy sector, in particular planning, engineering, installation and maintenance of solar and wind power plants, heat pumps, charging stations and other energy generation products and related products and services. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are related to it. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as companies in which such companies are directly or indirectly involved, or to third parties, whether by way of loans or other financing, and may provide security of any kind for its own or third-party liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, guarantees of any kind or sureties, or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of other companies, whether for consideration or not.
