The company's purpose is: - to subscribe, acquire, sell and manage all participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, - to engage in real estate brokerage and management, buying or selling, constructing or promoting buildings; within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners.
