all activities in the field of building, including technical and financial studies, construction, development work, assembly and all forms of maintenance, work and renovation; acquiring, building, operating, promoting or disposing of any type of property in Switzerland or abroad, carrying out any real estate and financial transaction related thereto, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; operating the Home Help Service (HHS) brand for the marketing of Home Group Service SA's services; developing, marketing and operating communication and promotion tools such as web and mobile applications; professional passenger transport and provision of services in the field of vehicle rental with and without drivers as well as trade in new or used automobiles (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
