The company's purpose is to carry out all architectural, construction, renovation, maintenance and management work on buildings, construction management, site supervision and project management; as well as all graphic design, design, service and consulting activities in the field of real estate and the provision of expert services for all toxic substances in the built environment and the upgrading of buildings to meet standards, and all real estate transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its members and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by members and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary titles or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
