The company may, directly or indirectly in relation to its main purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: carry out all financial, commercial, and real estate transactions, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all enterprises or activities, or acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose; create branches; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it promotes its interests; conclude all contracts suitable for developing or directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
