The company may establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad by decision of the board of directors. It may acquire, encumber and dispose of intellectual property rights. The company may in general enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
