In Switzerland and abroad, the company holds interests in companies with a predominantly real estate focus (but for those with real estate activities in Switzerland, exclusively companies limited to the acquisition of commercial properties); the company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable and real estate transactions in direct or indirect relation to the company's purpose; the company may grant loans or other financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect interest, as well as to direct or indirect associates of the company or to companies in which these direct or indirect associates of the company hold a direct or indirect interest, conclude cash pooling agreements with these third parties and provide all types of securities and guarantees for their obligations, whether for consideration or not, even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of third parties.
