The management of assets for third parties, as defined in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the LEFin; providing financial services and advice; structuring financial and commercial transactions; intermediation for commercial transactions, carrying out all fiduciary and financial transactions, including investments, in the financial sector, as well as granting loans and consenting to all real estate mortgages, in compliance with the LFAIE. The company may carry out itself or through third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also acquire, manage and sell real estate and participate through contribution, merger, subscription, or participation in all existing or to be created companies or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations subject to the LFAIE.
