The company's purpose is the management of industrial and commercial construction projects, engineering, construction consulting, and the dismantling of used industrial facilities. It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that are likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, receive or grant loans or guarantees to or in favor of its associates or companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts that are likely to develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto.
