The company's purpose is to operate service stations, kiosks, bars and car wash centers. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
