The Company's purpose is the acquisition, management and disposal of participations in other companies. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate held through participations or buildings are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use) or movable transactions, and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development.
