The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations in other capital companies, primarily active in the field of food processing. It may perform group-related activities for other capital companies with a registered office abroad. Furthermore, the company supports development in African countries by acquiring, holding, managing and disposing of participations in capital companies in African countries, in particular Ghana. The company may assume executive functions (operational management), provide operational services, exploit intellectual property and licenses, and act for other group companies with a registered office in Switzerland, provided this is of minor importance. The company may neither engage in business activities in Switzerland nor own real estate itself.
