The company's purpose is to provide consulting, management, marketing, operation and creation of new concepts in the field of hospitality and catering, management and execution of real estate projects within the limits provided by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (hotels, para-hotels, aparthotels and others), design and decoration of hotels and other real estate properties, establishment of training and organization of courses for adults. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
