The company's purpose is to operate and manage hotels, accommodation and gastronomy facilities in Davos in its own name, on behalf of third parties, or for the account of third parties, as well as to provide related services. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, sell, and manage licenses, patents, and other intangible assets, as well as real estate, in Switzerland and abroad.
