The company may, both domestically and abroad, engage in any industrial, commercial, financial and other activities, carry out transactions and enter into legal transactions which are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company or are suitable to facilitate or promote the achievement thereof and/or the development of the company. Consequently, the company may, in particular, establish, set up, dissolve or liquidate companies of any kind, branches and other representations in any form, both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad, merge with other companies of any kind, take over other companies of any kind or sell the participation in other companies.
