The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; create branches, subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad; conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if it serves its interests.
