To this end, it will in particular carry out the following tasks: make strategic investments in cutting-edge computer hardware related to artificial intelligence (including for its computation) and in any other high-performance computer technology; support the growth of affiliated entities in any way, in particular by providing the necessary resources (in particular financial) for their development, research, creation and protection of intellectual property; engage in any other way in favor of technological progress, in particular in favor of the advancement of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing; and carry out any other activities related to this purpose. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial or other operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and this in any form or by any means, within the limits of Swiss law; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights; provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or in any other form of financing, with or without remuneration, to third parties or to companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect holders and to companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations; and contract all kinds of guarantees, securities and guarantees for third parties or for companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as for its direct or indirect holders and for companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations.
