It can provide all services and consulting in the area of direct and indirect real estate, management of real estate portfolios (real estate asset management) and similar assets, i.e. in particular examination, analysis and financial evaluation of real estate, real estate portfolios, real estate securities and real estate claims, capital structuring or acquisition of participations, consulting and implementation of investment strategies, monitoring, management, controlling, financial reporting as well as consulting or participation in all participations, with the exception of those excluded above, or financial transactions, including the purchase of exclusively commercially used real estate in Switzerland, the sale, use and construction of real estate of all kinds.
