The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and manage participations, to make any investment in all companies and businesses both in Switzerland and abroad. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad and to take an interest, in any form, in all similar businesses, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
