The purpose of the company is to acquire, finance, manage, hold, and sell all types of investments both domestically and internationally. The company may establish branches, subsidiaries, and other legal entities both domestically and internationally, or invest in such entities, and conduct all business activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property and other tangible or intangible assets. The company may also grant direct or indirect financing (including as liquidity equalization/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling)) to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide security for its own liabilities as well as those of other companies (including its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries) of all kinds, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not. This may also be done on preferential terms without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company and assuming clustering risks.
