Furthermore, the Company may acquire, also through leasing, vehicles and boats; may manage sports facilities and equipment authorized for the practice of various disciplines; may promote and organize events; may acquire, sell, administer and encumber real estate properties outside of Switzerland but not within Switzerland. The Company may carry out all commercial operations directly or indirectly connected with its corporate purpose, assume representations and concessions, hold participations in Swiss or foreign companies, create branches and subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad.
