The company may trade, import, export, distribute, and sell online food and non-food products related to its activities, as well as gadgets, merchandise, and branded products. The company may provide catering services, event organization, equipment and cart rental for events, as well as consulting, management, training, and development services in the catering, ice cream, and food trade sectors. The company may grant and manage licenses, trademarks, patents, and know-how, as well as develop franchising activities or collaborate with third parties. The company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all commercial, financial, or other operations that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
