The company's purpose is to provide all engineering services in the field of metal construction, facades and complex glass building envelopes. Excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, the company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
