All activities in the real estate sector, management and realization of construction projects of any kind, real estate development, purchase, sale, study, in particular acquisition, development, rights and other movable and immovable assets, rental and brokerage. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including its associates and any other company belonging to the same group, by means of loans or by granting guarantees or securities, regardless of the type, in exchange for adequate consideration; it may take and manage participations in any other company and carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial and financial transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
