The company may also engage in the wholesale and retail trade, in a fixed location or in a mobile form, of furniture, home and office accessories, similar activities in the field of interior design, as well as brokerage and/or agency activities in the trade of furniture, furnishings and accessories for the home and person, both nationally and internationally. The company may provide assistance, support and development to companies interested in investing in the field of franchising. The company may publish books, magazines, documents and reports, both in print and on the internet, on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties. The company may acquire participations in other companies or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, which have a similar or related object or are otherwise connected to its own, as well as establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and - more generally - carry out all operations related to the company's purpose.
