The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) all real estate transactions, including sales, rentals, management, brokerage and consulting, primarily in Spain; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
