The purpose of the foundation is to support the training of non-medical anesthesia personnel (anesthesia nurses/anesthesia caregivers) at national and international level, with the aim of improving the quality of patient care provided by anesthesia personnel. In this context, the foundation intends to organize, among other things, a training and continuing education program. At the same time, it will support the individual continuing education of suitable anesthetists to become trainers. It will also award scholarships. Furthermore, the foundation will support national and international research projects in anesthesia care.
