The association is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. The association's purpose is to promote all animal welfare concerns, particularly through the following activities: a. Operating a center for care-dependent hedgehogs. b. Providing medical and nursing care to sick, injured, and weakened hedgehogs. c. Professional reintroduction or release of hedgehogs into the wild. d. Information service and education of the public on issues related to hedgehogs, hedgehog care, and hedgehog-friendly habitats. e. Raising awareness among young people for sustainable hedgehog protection. f. Actions that draw attention to hedgehogs in traffic. g. Supporting joint projects that also benefit rodents and displaced small animals. h. Supporting tax-exempt animal welfare organizations.
