The cooperative aims to promote and provide affordable rental apartments and to build and acquire residential houses or apartments, excluding any speculative intent, in accordance with Article 828 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. It particularly promotes age- and care-appropriate housing options and can also offer care services of any kind. The cooperative may establish branch offices, participate in other companies in the canton of Bern, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell properties, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
