It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in all forms, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participation in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
