The purpose of the company is to provide and manage funds and services, both in its own name and on behalf of third parties, for the exercise of the activity of regenerative medicine, aesthetic medicine, advanced aesthetics and similar activities in general by duly authorized persons. The company may also carry out all real estate, securities, financial, commercial and industrial transactions that are connected with the company's purpose or are necessary for its achievement, but not vis-à-vis the public sector, as well as acquire direct or indirect participations and shares in other companies of any kind or businesses, provided that financial transactions and the acquisition of participations are not carried out vis-à-vis the public sector and/or as the main activity. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may conduct business with or for the benefit of related parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and other group companies, in particular grant loans to these persons or issue guarantees, sureties, pledges or other securities to secure their liabilities, in each case whether against payment or not and even if these legal transactions are in the exclusive interest of the related parties. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit and dispose of intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in any further activity that is directly or indirectly connected with the aforementioned purposes.
