The company's purpose is the development of all real estate projects. To this end, the company pursues all activities related to the mandate of general and/or total contractor in the field of construction, the management of all real estate matters, the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties, on behalf of third parties or its own account, as well as all operations related to this field of activity, property management and brokerage in the real estate sector, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions; in general, perform all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
