The Company's purpose is to carry out financing operations in US dollars, to grant loans to third parties, direct or indirect shareholders of the Company, as well as to group companies, and to grant securities of any kind for commitments to third parties, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and are granted without the Company receiving remuneration in return. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may engage in any activity and enter into any agreements that may promote its corporate purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of participations in any company, business, activity or association, without distinction, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
