It may also, in Switzerland or abroad: participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and industrial operations; conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it; grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; create branches or subsidiaries.
